Versioned half-PPR WoR valuations

valuation-models.json defines deterministic TruVal, BidVal, Projection, Expert, Market, and Crowd scales; valuations.csv holds every source and output column. TruVal is the fixed audited three-projection/consensus WoR board. BidVal is the final personal maximum after live room pacing, roster need, completion-budget normalization, and the legal bid cap. valuation-sources.json records URLs, weights, match coverage, and refresh time.
