Versioned half-PPR WoR valuations
valuation-models.json defines named, deterministic scales; valuations.csv holds the source columns. The shipped True scale is the audited WoR board. Bid deliberately leaves a 10% or $2 capture margin, then the live ceiling moves toward true value as completed sales show room inflation. Run the rebuild and composition scripts before deploying to regenerate auditable output columns.
